Yes. We offer monthly and annual service plans that include remote monitoring, firmware updates, configuration changes, on-site response SLAs, and quarterly health checks. Mission-critical systems (drive-thru AV, video walls, livestream rigs) get priority response. Optional but highly recommended for commercial clients.
Our workmanship is warranted for 90 days from install. Equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties — typically 1–5 years depending on product. We help you navigate warranty claims and offer extended labor warranties via service contract.
