These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Creative Mind Technologies LLC ("Company") to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
Creative Mind Technologies LLC provides audio/video installation, smart home automation, networking, and related technology services throughout North Carolina. All work is performed by trained technicians and requires a signed proposal and deposit before scheduling.
All pricing is provided via written proposal. A deposit is required before project scheduling. Remaining balances are due upon project completion. We accept check, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.
We stand behind our work. Our labor warranty covers:
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, or modifications made by third parties.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may forfeit the deposit. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests with reasonable advance notice.
Creative Mind Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use installed equipment. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
